If you made a pre-order in August and are still waiting on your order to be dispatched, I apologise profusely for the wait! I had a production issue with one of my stickers and I'm still waiting on an update from my manufacturer, which has unfortunately delayed a handful of orders. I'm so sorry for this! Where are you based and where do you ship to?
I am based in the UK and I currently ship worldwide with the exception of the EU - I am so sorry about this! :(
Due to a new product safety law (GSPR) introduced in late 2024, I am now required to have a representative in the EU to vouch for the safety of my products, which costs upwards of £400+ a year and this is just not something I am currently able to afford. I am very much hoping this won't be the case forever, and if anything changes I'll update you all straight away. Once again, I'm so sorry for any disappointment caused by this.
EU SHIPPING UPDATE: I believe I've found a viable solution and I'm hoping to have EU shipping available by mid-October!! I will share any updates about this on my socials :)
